The device comprises ship lifts respectively arranged on both sides of a river, wherein a crane is arranged on thetop of each ship lift; a ship lifting pallet placed between the side walls of the ship lifts is driven to lift by the crane; a rail is arranged on the upper surface of the ship lifting pallet and is used for supporting a slide rail, slidably cooperated with the rail, at the bottom of a ship reception chamber of a ferry; the two ends of a bridge rail longitudinal girder horizontally spanning abovethe river are connected with the ship lifts to form an integral structure, and the longitudinal girder is paved with a transfer rail in butt joint with the slide rail on the ship lifting pallet; and atraction device is arranged on the transfer rail. The bridge rail ferry device disclosed by the invention is ingenious in structure and easy to implement.
