Abstract

The present invention relates to the application of narirutin, especially to application of narirutin taken as adjuvant in promotion and maintenance of oral tolerance. The experiment shows that: the narirutin is added into food as an adjuvant to relieve the decreasing of the weight and the body temperature caused by OVA (Ovomucoid) allergy, relieve the diarrhea caused by allergy and relieve the hypersensitivity mediated by various immune globulins so as to have an assistant effect on oral tolerance and promote and maintain the oral tolerance capacity. The application of narirutin taken as adjuvant in promotion and maintenance of oral tolerance has important guidance meaning and referential significance for development of hypoallergenic egg products or other high-protein products and has important inspiration for research of nutrition and health of allergy sufferers.
