The mooring system comprises a floating-type platform, two heaving plates, multiple mass blocks and multiple mooring anchor cables. The two heaving plates are arranged in the middle of thefloating-type platform at an interval; the ends of the mooring anchor cables are connected to the two heaving plates respectively, the other ends of the mooring anchor cables are used for being connected to mooring anchor points, and the mooring anchor points are arranged at the seafloor; the mass blocks are connected to the mooring anchor cables respectively; the floating-type platform is cylindrical, and the mooring anchor cables are evenly distributed around the center axis of the floating-type platform; the number of mass blocks is identical to that of the mooring anchor cables.
