Abstract

The method includes providing a modified polyisocyanate polyaddition (PIPA) 5 polyol obtained by combining a PIPA polyol dispersion with at least one polyol having a melting point above zero degrees Celsius and in the presence of Formed by contacting carboxylic acids in a carrier solvent.
