Abstract

The invention discloses a method for converting a file of a preset format into an OFD format. The method comprises the following steps of S1, inputting a template document with the preset format; S2,converting the template document into an OFD format document; S3, positioning the data from the template document, deleting the data, and keeping a slot position to generate an OFD template file; S4,inputting a to-be-converted document conforming to a preset format; and S5, extracting the data of the to-be-converted document in the step S4, writing the data into the OFD template file in the stepS3, and generating an output document of the OFD format. According to the present invention, documents of various preset formats can be analyzed, and the format limitation degree of input documents isreduced. The OFD template is generated by utilizing the template document, and the data of the input document is extracted, so that the generated OFD document is uniform in layout format and better in visuality, and the unified management and operation of the electronic files are facilitated.
