Abstract

A foldable display device is provided. The invention discloses a display device according to one embodiment. The display device may include: a display panel for displaying an image; a lower plate coupled to a bottom surface of the display panel; and a housing including: a plurality of plates accommodating the display panel and the lower plate; and a folding member connecting one plate of the plurality of plates and other plates of the plurality of plates. The display panel may be folded or unfolded accordingly by a folding operation or an unfolding operation of the folding member.
