Abstract

According to an R-peak position of a detected electrocardiograph signal, the electrocardiograph signal is cut into multiple individual initial heart beat signals; all the initial heart beat signals are subjected to Gaussian enhancement, and heart beat signals after Gaussian enhancement are obtained; K neighbor heart beats of each heart beat signal are determined with a neighbor algorithm based on the DTW distance. DTW residual vectors between all the heart beat signals and the K neighbor heart beats corresponding to the heart beat signals are calculated, and f-wave signals of all the heart beat signals are obtained according to the DTW residual vectors; all the f-wave signals are spliced to complete extraction of electrocardiograph-signal f waves.
