Abstract

The invention discloses an automatic sorting system of waste cartons with films and waste carbons without films and a sorting method. The automatic sorting system comprises an upper computer, a lowercomputer (PLC), a first photoelectric sensor set, a second photoelectric sensor set, a first acquisition darkroom, a second acquisition darkroom, a waste paper jigging screen, transmission rollers, aninclined conveying belt, a light-reflecting-free mesh type conveying belt, multiple drive motors, an overturning and conveying device and a sliding slope. The waste cartons are primarily screened through the inclined conveying belt and the waste paper jigging screen, other waste paper is removed, then the darkrooms with cameras and LED lamps are arranged above and below the light-reflecting-freemesh type conveying belt, thus, the upper surfaces and the lower surfaces of the cartons are detected, and the cartons with the films and the carbons without the films are determined through image analysis.
