Abstract

The invention discloses a fishplate machining technology, and belongs to the technical field of fishplate machining. According to the technical scheme, the fishplate machining technology comprises thesteps of sawing, end surface milling, large side surface milling, first inclined surface milling, second inclined surface milling, rounding, drilling and the like, and has the advantage of being highin turning milling machining efficiency. In the preferred scheme, the boss milling step is included, a fishplate obtained through machining has the characteristics of being low in self weight and convenient to carry and install, the tensile strength reaches 935 MPa, the lower yield strength is 623 MPa, and the performance of the obtained fishplate is equal to that of a common fishplate.
