Abstract

The preparation method includes the steps that (1) butanediol and phosphatidylcholine are mixed andheated for dissolution to obtain a mixed solution 1; (2) glucose, fructose, galactose, fucose, mannose and water are mixed and heated for dissolution to obtain a mixed solution 2; (3) the mixed solution 1 and the mixed solution 2 are homogenized to obtain a water-in-water multi-phase suspension liposome emulsion; (4) the water-in-water multi-phase suspension liposome emulsion is subjected to microjet high-pressure homogenization and filtration.
