Contour fit pan liner for a food service pan

An apparatus, system, and method for forming an improved barrier between a pan, such as a food service pan, and a substance, such as food, contained therein using a contour fit pan liner are provided. The apparatus includes a pan liner having a contoured bottom edge that is custom fit within a food service pan to cover an interior surface of the pan. The contoured edge of the pan liner conforms to the shape and size of the food service pan and does not have any dog ears, ears, or tails that are typical of conventional pan liner. The contour fit pan liner system includes a pan and a contoured or shaped liner for forming an improved barrier between an interior surface of the pan and food that can be disposed therein using a pan liner having a contoured bottom edge that is custom fit to the shape and size of the pan. The pan preferably includes a food service pan having a bottom panel, one or more side walls extending upwardly from the bottom panel, a top opening defined by top edges of the side walls, and a flange extending outwardly from the top edges of the side walls. The liner includes a bag shaped structure having a closed bottom end, a contoured bottom edge, one or more side walls extending upwardly from the contoured bottom edge, and a top opening defined by the top edges of the liner side walls. The contoured bottom edge does not have dog ears formed at the bottom corners of the liner, as is typically of conventional pan liners. The liner is disposed within the food receptacle area of the pan to cover the interior surface of the pan and the top of the liner is folded over the top opening of the pan. A method for making an improved contour fit pan liner having a contoured bottom edge is disclosed.

The invention relates to a method for rolling a difficult-to-machine metal material by combining electro-plasticity with temperature plasticity. The method comprises the following steps of: preheating a roller to the recovery temperature of a machined metal material and lower than the recrystallization temperature of the metal material; and inputting high-energy pulse current into a machining section of the moving metal material, performing electro-plastic treatment under the actions of the thermal effect and non-thermal effect of the metal material, and feeding the machining section into the preheated roller for rolling by combining electro-plasticity with temperature plasticity. In the rolling process, electro-plasticity and temperature plasticity are combined and unbalanced kinetic energy produced by the material due to the rise of atomic potential energy and strong electric stimulation of pulse current under heating condition is fully utilized, so that movement of crystal defects such as diffusion, dislocation and the like of atoms is facilitated, the internal microstructure of the metal material is improved, a tissue which is beneficial to enhancing of intensity and toughness (plasticity) is formed, and the plasticity of the material at low temperature is enhanced. The method is suitable for rolling difficult-to-machine metal materials such as magnesium alloys, nickel-titanium alloys, tungsten alloys and the like.

Dual-layer perovskite light emitting diode and preparation method therefor

The invention relates to a dual-layer perovskite light emitting diode and a preparation method therefor. The dual-layer perovskite light emitting diode comprises the following components from the bottom up separately: ITO conductive glass is used as a positive electrode; a layer of poly 3, 4-ethylenedioxythiophene-polystyrolsulfon acid (PEDOT-PSS) with a thickness of about 20nm is used as a hole transport layer; a dual-layer perovskite light emitting layer is prepared by a spin-coating method in two times; the adopted dual-layer perovskite light emitting layer can be perovskite with different halogen ratios; a layer of calcium-doped zinc oxide (Ca:ZnO) with the thickness of about 50nm is spin-coated on the perovskite layer to be used as an electron transport layer; and finally metal calcium and aluminum are evaporated to be used as a negative electrode. According to the dual-layer perovskite light emitting diode and the preparation method therefor, on one hand, by regulating and controlling the Ca concentration in the Ca:ZnO, an optimal band gap is obtained, so that the barrier between the electron transport layer and the perovskite is reduced, and the cut-in voltage of the light emitting diode is lowered consequently, and the light emitting efficiency and internal quantum efficiency of the light emitting diode are improved at the same time; and on the other hand, by regulating the halogen ratios in the perovskite, light emission with different colors can be realized.

The invention relates to a moisturizing composition, and a preparation method and application thereof, which belong to the field of cosmetics. Groove-type low-barrier schottky diode and manufacturing method

The invention discloses a groove-type low-barrier schottky diode and a manufacturing method. The active area of the schottky diode is a groove structure. The top of a bench surface is a schottky contact. The side wall of the bench surface and a groove bottom are highly-doped p-type areas which are electrically connected. A p-type ohmic contact is formed on the groove bottom. The depth of a grooveis dt and a width is Wt. The width of the bench surface is Wm. The junction depth of each p-type area is dp. The Wt is greater than 1 micron, the Wm is greater than 0.5 micron, the dt is greater than0.5 micron and the dp is greater than 0.5 micron. In the invention, a mirror image force barrier reduction method is used to form the low-barrier schottky contact on the bench surface. P+ doping and the ohmic contact are performed on the side wall of the bench surface and the groove bottom so as to form parallel pn diodes. The surge capacity of a device is enhanced, simultaneously, a schottky conductive channel is shielded, and the voltage endurance capability and the high temperature resistance capability of the device are increased. By using the schottky diode, the barrier of the device canbe reduced, simultaneously, the excellent voltage endurance capability, a high temperature resistance characteristic and the surge capability are maintained.
