The method consists of structure estimation and target detection, wherein the structure estimationcomprises the following steps of first extracting an SIFT feature, performing dimensionality reduction on the feature by using a principal component analysis method, constructing a visual vocabularytree to sort unordered images, matching the key points of two consecutive images, eliminating mismatched points by using a random sampling consensus algorithm based on sampling optimization, and finally minimizing all re-projection errors by using bundle adjustment; and the target detection comprises the following steps of first subjecting the image sequence to single-view detection, merging all the regions with a matching and tracking algorithm after the matching of two views, three views and a plurality of views to generate a consistent trajectory of m items of interest in the image sequence, and finally performing multi-view analysis on the merged trajectory to obtain the final detection result of the image sequence.
