The production process of the PTC heater comprises the following steps: 1) welding the two groups of fins onto the uppersurface and the lower surface of the electrode box respectively; 2) installing the PTC heater and electrodes in the electrode box, and then, filling heat-conducting glue in the electrode box; and 3)pressing the electrode box through the press surfaces and the side surfaces of the electrode box.
