The invention relates to a technical method for combining coagulating rotational flow filtering with multi-dimensional catchment wetland. The method comprises the following three steps: magnetic intensifying flocculation, eddy deposition separation and artificial wetland purification; water is respectively subjected to flocculation reaction, pollutant deposition separation and artificial wetland filtering, so that water purification is realized; the method further comprises the step of recycling magnetic powder, so that the recycling of the magnetic powder is realized. According to the technical scheme, the flocculation, eddy, filtering, micro-biological degradation and artificial wetland techniques are jointly applied to an initial rainwater treatment device, the separation of pollutants in rainwater is intensified through the flocculation, eddy, filtering and artificial wetland techniques and the separated pollutants can be further degraded and removed through the micro-biological degradation technique. According to the technical method, the matters, such as suspended solids, greasy dirt and floats, in the rainwater can be removed to a great extent, and meanwhile, the technical method is capable of greatly reducing the land occupation.
