Abstract

The laser image method contact network measuring instrument comprises an advancing platform, a shaft encoder, a supporting frame, a measuring frame, a laser, a 3D camera and a data processor. The laser and the 3D camera are fixed on the measuring frame; a fan-shaped laser surface emitted by the laser is upward and is symmetric to the advancing direction of the advancing platform; a lens of the 3D camera faces upwards and is biased towards the laser; the view field of the 3D camera is also symmetric to the advancing direction of the advancing platform; the shaft encoder measures the advancing distance, controls the laser to perform laser output and controls the data processor to collect and store the processed data. The 3D camera automatically identifies a laser spot, and a geometric parameter of the contact network is obtained by using the angle relationship between the pixel position of the camera imageand the polar coordinate of the camera body.
