[0039] The test soil was selected from sandy soil, gravel and chestnut soil in Xining city. The expansive clay was obtained after smashing the chestnut soil through a 0.075mm sieve. All soils are air-dried and then sieved for later use (chestnut soil 2mm; sand soil 2mm; clay 0.075mm). The soil uses the drying method to determine the initial soil moisture content, dry bulk density and saturated moisture content, the straw method to determine the soil particle composition, and the constant head method to determine the saturated hydraulic conductivity (Table 1). The gravel has a particle size of 1-3cm and is construction sandstone. The cohesive soil, soil and rock mixing medium is obtained by mixing clay and crushed stone, and the mixing ratio is 30% of the total mass of crushed stone.
