During using the moulding bed, the first edge of the radiator mould and the second edge of the blind plate are both fitted to the surface of the steel template to reduce the leakage of castable from aninterface between the first edge or the second edge and the steel template during casting. During casting the furnace lining with the radiator using the moulding bed, firstly, a special material withhigh blackness coefficients is poured inside the radiator mould to form the radiator, and then a high-temperature resistant ceramic material is poured on the surface of the steel template to form thefurnace lining, so that the radiator and the furnace lining are integrally formed, and finally, the furnace lining with the radiator is formed.
