The invention discloses an indoor position fingerprint map generation method and system based on an adversarial migration network, and the method comprises the steps: collecting WIFI position fingerprint data in a source domain indoor environment, dividing a data collection region into grids, and collecting the WIFI signal intensity in each grid; when the position fingerprint data in the indoor environment of the target domain are collected, randomly and uniformly selecting a control point grid set with a preset percentage, collecting the WIFI signal intensity of control points, and recordingthe serial number of each grid; training an anti-migration network model, setting, initializing and training a first classifier, a second classifier, a first generator, a second generator and a discriminator, and outputting a loss function value of the discriminator; and continuously optimizing the anti-migration network model until the generated WIFI position fingerprint data meets the positioning precision requirement.
