Abstract

The present invention provides systems and methods for addressing user-reported vehicle conditions. In one example embodiment, a method includes receiving a user service request for vehicle service. The service request indicates a location associated with the user. The method includes sending a first control signal to an autonomous vehicle configured to provide the vehicle service. The first control signal indicates that the autonomously driven vehicle is to travel to the location associated with the user. The method includes receiving a communication indicating that a condition exists that reduces the suitability of the autonomous vehicle to provide the vehicle service. The condition is identified by the user. The method includes determining an action to be performed by the autonomous vehicle based at least in part on the presence of the condition. The method includes sending a second control signal to the autonomous vehicle to perform the action.
