According to the embodiment of the invention, the unperceived identity recognition and deduction of the user can be realized, the user operation is fully simplified, and the shopping convenience of the self-service vending equipment is improved; and compared with a scheme of identifying the user to take away the article based on RFID, the method identifies the user to take away the article based on the image and gravity, and is higher in precision and faster in speed.
