The method comprises the following steps: determining a target user account corresponding to a target object according to biological characteristic information, acquired by self-service equipment, of the target object; if the target user account has the permission to use the self-service equipment, sending a use permission instruction; acquiring first article information acquired after the self-service vending equipment is used; comparing the first article information with the second article information to determine a to-be-paid target article; and deducting the resource value corresponding to the target article from the resource account of the target user account. According to the embodiment of the invention, the unperceived identity recognition and deduction of the user can be realized, the user operation is fully simplified, and the shopping convenience of the self-service vending equipment is improved; and compared with a scheme of identifying the user to take away the article based on RFID, the method identifies the user to take away the article based on the image and gravity, and is higher in precision and faster in speed.
