The invention provides an electronic medical record processing method and device and equipment, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a to-be-processed medical record text; identifying a medical entity and attribute information in the medical record text; determining a corresponding relationship between the medical entity and the attribute information; and generating a structured medical record according to the corresponding relationship. Therefore, by identifying the medical entities in electronic medical records, describing the attribute information of the medical entities and generating structured medical records, the structured requirements for the medical records are met, the efficiency is improved, and the cost is reduced.
