Abstract

The invention discloses a miR-451a antisense strand inhibitor and an application thereof. According to the invention, a mouse model with alcoholic liver disease is established, deep sequencing of small RNA on the liver tissues of a model group and a normal control group can be performed, the differentially expressed miR-451a can be analyzed and screened, and qRT-PCR is used for verification. the miR-451a antisense strand inhibitor is chemically synthesized, in-vivo experiments in mice is carried out, the results show that the miR-451a antisense strand inhibitor effectively reduces ALT and glutamic-pyruvic transaminase AST in serum of mice with alcoholic fatty liver disease, and the accumulation of fat in the liver is significantly reduced, which indicates that the miR-451a antisense chaininhibitor can protect liver function and alleviate alcoholic fatty liver disease. The miR-451a antisense strand inhibitor is expected to be developed as a new small molecule RNA drug for the treatmentof alcoholic fatty liver disease.
