The double-hydraulic discharge port sealing device comprises a first hydraulic cylinder, a second hydraulic cylinder, a jacking plate, an inserting plate, a discharge port and a plug core, wherein the jacking plate is connected with the first hydraulic cylinder; a first wedge surface is arranged on the jacking plate; one endof the inserting plate is hinged to the discharge port, and the other end of the inserting plate is driven by the second hydraulic cylinder; a second wedge surface is arranged on the inserting plate;the plug core is fixed on the inserting plate; the first hydraulic cylinder can drive the jacking plate to move; the second hydraulic cylinder can drive the inserting plate to rotate; when the firsthydraulic cylinder drives the jacking plate to move towards the driving end of the inserting plate, the first wedge surface can push the second wedge surface to contact the plug core on the insertingplate with the discharge port; and when the first hydraulic cylinder drives the jacking plate to move in the reverse direction, the jacking plate is separated from the inserting plate, and the secondhydraulic cylinder drives the inserting plate to rotate so as to open the discharge port.
