Abstract

The invention provides a morpholine dehydration auxiliary agent, and a preparation method and an application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of auxiliary agents. The dehydration auxiliaryagent is a mixed solution formed with water as a solvent and taking one or more of sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, sodium methoxide, potassium methoxide, sodium ethoxide, potassium ethoxide, sodium tert-butoxide and potassium tert-butoxide as active components. The invention also provides a preparation method and application of the dehydration auxiliary agent. The dehydration auxiliary agent is used for dehydrating morpholine in an extraction layering manner: mixing the dehydration auxiliary agent with morpholine mother liquor, and standing the mixture for layering an oil phase and a water phase. When the dehydration aid is used for dehydrating morpholine, water in morpholine can be removed from 20% to 1% or below. A dehydration auxiliary agent is adopted to replace a traditional rectification method for dehydration, energy consumption is reduced by 50% or above, and dehydration time is shortened by 50% or above.
