Abstract

The invention provides an animal itch behavior analysis method based on automatic image recognition. The animal itch behavior analysis method comprises the following steps: (1) early-stage feeding ofanimals; (2) constructing an acute itching model; (3) recording scratching behaviors of the mouse by using a video recorder; (4) outputting pictures of the video file according to the frequency of tenframes per second, and adding time labels to the pictures; (5) manually identifying the pictures, and correspondingly placing the pictures in a scratching folder and a non-scratching folder; (6) constructing an animal scratching behavior picture recognition model through a machine learning program; and (7) based on behavior recognition of an unknown image of the machine learning model, judging whether animal behavior performance at each specific moment is scratched or not by a program so as to analyze animal itch behaviors under specific experimental conditions. On the premise of ensuring theaccuracy, the animal itch behavior analysis efficiency is remarkably improved, and the relative strength (duration) of scratching caused by each itch behavior can be accurately described, so that theitch behavior analysis is finer.
