The transfer mechanism can move towards or away from the workpieces. The conveying mechanism can slide relative to the transfer mechanism so as to enable the feeding pipes or the implanting mechanism to be aligned with the guiding and positioning mechanisms. The conveying mechanism is used for conveying the implants to the guiding and positioning mechanisms. The guiding and positioning mechanisms are used for guiding and positioning the implants. The implanting mechanism is used for abutting against the implants in the guiding and positioning mechanisms so as to implant the implants into the workpieces.
