Abstract

The system is composed of a stator module, a rotor module, a driving control module and a stator supportingshaft. The system has a high integration level. With the system adopted, the problem that an existing radial magnetic flux motor fails to realize the high integration of motor position detection and driving control as well as miniaturization and light weight can be solved. A flexible PCB winding of the system of the invention is high in consistency, good in manufacturability, and flexible and diversified in shape design; the multi-layer design of the flexible PCB winding can be realized; and space can be fully utilized. A stator iron core and corresponding iron loss are eliminated, and therefore, the size and weight of the motor can be reduced to a great extent, and the power density of the motor is improved. The extension of the multi-topology structure of the multi-stator multi-rotor structure of the motor system and the multi-layer and shape-diversified design of the flexible PCB winding are achieved, and therefore, more flexible selections are provided for the design process of motors.
