Abstract

The humidification device forwet tissue production comprises a spraying room, wherein a motor is fixed to the outer side of the upper part of the spraying room; a rapping mechanism is fixed onto the side wall of the inner part ofthe spraying room and is connected with the motor through a speed reducer; a water circulation mechanism and a feeding roller set are further arranged in the spraying room; the rapping mechanism is connected with the water circulation mechanism; the water circulation mechanism is connected with a spraying assembly through a pipeline; and the feeding roller set is connected with the motor throughthe speed reducer. According to the humidification device for wet tissue production, and the application method thereof, a disinfectant is permeated into the inside of tissue under the pressure actionthrough the rapping mechanism, so that a humidification effect and a disinfection effect are improved; when the rapping mechanism works, the water circulation mechanism is driven at the same time, sothat the disinfectant is recycled, the materials are saved, and the cost is reduced; and under the action of the water circulation mechanism, the spraying assembly is used for humidifying the tissue,so that a spraying effect and the humidifying efficiency are improved.
