Abstract

The present application belongs to the technical field of aero-engine tests and relates to a nonstandard part bending fatigue test device, which comprises a bracket fixed to a tester lower clamp and apressure head fixed to a tester upper clamp, wherein the bracket has support columns at both ends; the support columns at the two sides are provided with positioners to fix both ends of a test piece;each positioner has two side walls which slide on the side end surfaces of the support column through pulleys. The positioners are arranged between the test piece and the bracket so as to ensure theloading stability through the pulleys on the positioners. The nonstandard part bending fatigue test device solves the problem that an existing experimental device cannot complete the bending fatigue tests of parts with special structure, asymmetric structure and eccentric structure and simulation parts.
