When reverse current flows in the first coil, a second magnetic attractive force is generated by the second electromagnetic pole end and the first fixed magnetic pole end, and a second magnetic repulsive force is generated by the first electromagnetic poleend and the first fixed magnetic pole end and drives the valve body to the second angle.
