Abstract

The method includes the steps that firstly, sampling and analyzing are conductedon mud soft rock of a to-be-constructed constructed roadway, and composition of clay mineral components in the mud soft rock is analyzed; secondly, a resistance hot bar is used for conducting high-temperature heating on a to-be-constructed mud soft rock sample, and engineering mechanics strength measuring is conducted on the to-be-constructed mud soft rock sample, and heating strengthening parameters of the to-be-constructed mud soft rock sample are determined; thirdly, after mud soft rock tunneling construction is conducted by a cycle and temporary supporting is adopted, the device is arranged on a tunneling work face, and the tunneling work face is sealed in time after it is ensured that gas and coal dust do not exist on the work face; and fourthly, the device is started for conductinghigh-temperature heating on the mud soft rock obtained after tunneling construction till the mud soft rock in the heating area reaches heating strengthening parameters in the second step; and fifthly,conventional supporting of anchor rods, anchor cables and the like is conducted immediately after the temperature of the mud soft rock in the heating area recovers to 26 DEG C or lower.
