Considering that continuous video frames in the same viewpoint have time correlation, the video frames of the adjacent viewpoints at the same moment have spatial correlation, and the time and space side information obtained by thetime correlation and the spatial correlation can be further characterized by sparse constraints of differences between the side information and the current frame, so that a non-key frame reconstruction optimization model in the multi-viewpoint video is generated.
