The method specifically comprise the steps:obtaining travel orders, and obtaining the position information of each travel order; acquiring a plurality of vehicles within a preset range according to the position information; performing optimization calculation on the travel order and the vehicle information of the vehicles through a global optimization algorithm or a greedy algorithm, and obtaining a target vehicle from the plurality of vehicles; and sending the travel order to the target vehicle. According to the order sending method in the technical scheme, the corresponding target vehicle is selected through the global optimizationalgorithm or the greedy algorithm for the corresponding travel order; general-disk calculation is performed on vehicles possibly receiving orders; and the maximum order distribution matching under theconstraint condition of minimizing the total pick-up time/distance instead of simply distributing the order based on the distance or distributing the order in an order grabbing mode, thereby avoidinga global efficiency problem in an order distribution mode and an order grabbing mode based on the distance, and improving the service experience of a user.
