A plate frame output port is formed in the top of the cabinet body; the temporary storage rack comprises two mounting plates; a plurality of supporting flanges are correspondingly arranged on the inner side surfaces of the two mounting plates from top to bottom; the plate frame driving mechanism comprises a lifter, a supporting plate fixedly connected with a sliding table of the lifter, a shovel plate in sliding fit with the supportingplate and a shovel plate driving device for driving the shovel plate to move in the linear direction; the shovel plate can be driven by the shovel plate driving device to move to the position betweenthe two mounting plates.
