The diameter of the middle portion of the second insertion hole (121)is smaller than the diameter of the end portion of the second insertion hole (121). The pin (200) includes a pin body and a protective layer (220) for protecting the outer peripheral surface of the pin body. The protective layer (220) includes a plurality of highly abrasion-resistant particles having high abrasion resistance with respect to the wheel inner peripheral surface (122).
