Abstract

The invention provides an electric connector comprising an insulating body and a plurality of conductive terminals which are fixedly held on the insulating body. The insulating body comprises a base and a tongue plate formed by extending forward from the base. Each conductive terminal comprises a fixed part which is fixedly held on the base, a contact part which extends forward from the fixed partand exposed out of the surface of the tongue plate and a welding part which extends backward from the fixed part. Each conductive terminal comprises an outermost grounding terminal, a first power supply terminal spaced by two terminal positions from the grounding terminal and a second power supply terminal arranged between the grounding terminal and the first power supply terminal, wherein the length of the second power supply terminal is less than the length of the first power supply terminal. The current is increased by using the additionally arranged two power supply terminals of the electric connector, and the short circuit risk caused by misplug is not caused to the common male end electric connector.
