The intelligent control system comprises a heating system, a heating control terminal, a user terminal and amonitor terminal. The heating system comprises a boiler, a heat exchanger and a plurality of heating guide pipes. The boiler is circularly communicated with the heat exchanger through a primary circulating pipe. The heat exchanger is communicated with the heating guide pipes through a secondary circulating pipe. The primary circulating pipe and the secondary circulating pipe are each provided witha water temperature sensor, a water pressure sensor, a flow sensor and a circulating pump. Each heating guide pipe is provided with an electromagnetic valve and a heat meter. The user terminal is electrically connected with the electromagnetic valves and the heat meters. The heating control terminal, the user terminal and the monitor terminal are in wireless signal connection through a communication module. The heating system has a control function and a monitor function at the same time, and a computer as a control and monitor management center truly meets the heat load actual requirements of a user, thereby controlling the whole boiler room heating system.
