The unit configuration parameters and the real-time power consumption of the multi-split system, the real-time sharing electric quantity of the units and electric charge parameters are input into a power consumption predicting model obtained through prestored sample data training, a power consumption predicted value of afuture preset time period is output, and the sharing electric quantity predicted value of a corresponding time period is determined according to the power consumption predicted value. Operation of theindoor units of the multi-split system is controlled according to the actual real-time power consumption and the real-time sharing electric quantity of the time period and the power consumption predicted value and the sharing electric quantity predicted value of the corresponding time period.
