The invention relates to an optical fingerprint sensor module and a forming method thereof, the method comprises the following steps: providing an optical fingerprint sensor, a self-luminous display panel and an optical collimator panel, the optical collimator panel having a first bonding surface and a second bonding surface opposite to each other; providing a first initial ultraviolet curing adhesive and a second initial ultraviolet curing adhesive; after the optical fingerprint sensor and the first bonding surface of the optical collimator panel are bonded together through a first initial ultraviolet light curing adhesive, performing first ultraviolet light curing on the first initial ultraviolet light curing adhesive to enable the first initial ultraviolet light curing adhesive to forma first ultraviolet light curing adhesive; and after the second bonding surfaces of the self-luminous display panel and the optical collimator panel are bonded together through a second initial ultraviolet light curing adhesive, performing second ultraviolet light curing on the second initial ultraviolet light curing adhesive to enable the second initial ultraviolet light curing adhesive to form asecond ultraviolet light curing adhesive.
