Abstract

The invention provides an oscillator circuit. The oscillator circuit comprises a signal generation circuit and a reference voltage generation circuit. The signal generating circuit receives a reference voltage and generates an output signal according to a comparison result of the reference voltage and a feedback voltage, wherein the feedback voltage is charged to a system high level in advance. The reference voltage generating circuit is coupled to the signal generating circuit and used for generating a reference voltage. According to the oscillator circuit provided by the invention, the frequency / period of the output signal can be adaptively adjusted according to the variation of the process, the voltage or the temperature so as to compensate the influence of the variation of the process,the voltage or the temperature on the oscillation frequency, and the defects in the prior art are effectively overcome.
