Problems solved by technology

Among them, aryl naphthalene lignans are natural products formed by oxidative polymerization of substituted phenylpropanoids. According to the degree of unsaturation of the naphthalene ring, they are divided into aryl naphthalene, aryl dihydronaphthalene and aryl tetrahydronaphthalene. It has been reported that it has anti-tumor, anti-mitotic and insecticidal effects, but there is no report on the herbicidal activity of aryl naphthalene lignans

Embodiment 1

[0029] Example 1 Separation of compound Taiwanin E

[0030] After the stem bark of Taiwania chinensis was dried and crushed, it was extracted with methanol and concentrated to obtain a methanol extract. After the extract was dissolved in methanol and suspended in water, it was extracted with petroleum ether and ethyl acetate to obtain an ethyl acetate layer extract.

[0031] The ethyl acetate extract was first subjected to silica gel column chromatography using a chloroform / methanol system, and then combined by TLC. Combined with activity tracking, the active part is subjected to silica gel column chromatography with petroleum ether / acetone and petroleum ether / ethyl acetate, and then separated by Sephadex LH-20. After purification, Taiwanin E can be obtained.

[0033] The herbicidal activity of Taiwanin E on different kinds of weeds was determined by the small cup method. The results are shown in Table 1.

Abstract

The invention discloses an application of Taiwanin E in preparation of herbicides. The Taiwanin E compound, a structural analog thereof and / or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is prepared asherbicides for application, and a structure of the Taiwanin E is shown in a formula I. The Taiwanin E is derived from plants, has a smooth degradation pathway in nature, and has low residue, low pollution, and high environmental protection. The invention finds for the first time that the Taiwanin E can inhibit growth of weeds, growth of roots of the weeds treated by the Taiwanin E becomes slow, afresh-weight inhibition rate is significant, and thereby normal growth of the weeds is inhibited, so that the Taiwanin E can be prepared as herbicides for application. At the same time, the TaiwaninE shows relatively good effects of inhibiting root growth on a variety of dicotyledonous, monocotyledonous and aquatic weeds, has broad-spectrum properties, and has a wide application range. Moreover, the structure of the Taiwanin E is different from existing herbicides, and can provide a template for creation of herbicides, so that the Taiwanin E has obvious significance both in theory and in practice.

Description

Technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of pesticide research and development, and more specifically, to the application of Taiwanin E in the preparation of herbicides. Background technique [0002] By controlling the growth of weeds, herbicides solve the problem of competition between weeds and crops for water and fertilizer, which causes crop yield reduction. At the same time, as the phenomenon of rural laborers going out for work has become more common, the farming and cultivation system has also changed, and the amount of herbicides has increased rapidly. Therefore, its role and status in agricultural production are becoming more and more important. [0003] Chemical herbicides are used in large areas throughout the year, which leads to increased weed resistance, and the slow degradation of many chemical herbicides often leads to phytotoxicity in subsequent crops. Plant-derived herbicides have the characteristics of fast degradation, high s...
