The system comprises a power generator bidding data module, a load module, a power market module, a profit index module and an intelligent agent model. The power generators submit bidding data packets of the power generators to the power market, and the power market combines data obtained from the power generators with loads, so that the power unit price and the unit output condition of each power generator and the node electricity priceLMP of each node are obtained. A step of calculating profit indexes of the power generators and a step of sending the profit indexes to the intelligent agent are carried out, a step of speculating bidding power generation parameters of the secondary-state power generators by the intelligent agent is performed through machine learning, and the power generators can participate in the next bidding byby adopting the bidding parameters of the intelligent agent.
