The apparatus comprises: an apparatus body; the invention discloses an integrated waveguide polarization beam splitting rotating device, wherein the polarization beam splitter comprises a first port, a second port and a third port, and is configured to perform polarization beam splitting on one path of input optical pulse input through the first port into a first path of optical pulse and a second path of optical pulse output through the second port and the third port, and rotate one of the polarization states, so that the polarization states of the two paths of optical pulses are the same after rotation; the integrated waveguide transmission light path is arranged between the second port and the third port; and a transmitter configured to transmit an optical pulse output from any one of the second and third ports back to the other of the second and third ports, the polarization beam splitting rotation device is further configured to combine the first and second paths of optical pulses and output the combined optical pulses through the first portafter receiving the first and second paths of optical pulses returned through the integrated waveguide transmission optical path.
