The non-pneumatic tire with the variable contact area is provided with the pressure regulating air bag and the elastic supporting part to support the tire body, thereby allowing the tire body to keep the shape of the tire without the need for inflation, and effectively avoiding the problems of tire punctures, blowouts and other faults.
