The method comprises the steps of acquiring information of first POIs with known values and information of second POIs with unknown values in a certain area range; constructing a value evaluation model, wherein the value re-estimation model is used for utilizing the value of peripheral POIs ofthe first POI; re-estimating the value of the first POI, the peripheral POI including other first POIs and second POIs within a preset distance range from the first POI, and adjusting the value of the second POI in the peripheral POIs by using an error between the re-estimated value of the first POI and the known value of the first POI; training the value evaluation model until the error is minimized; and obtaining the value of the second POI from the value evaluation model. Compared with a mode of manually evaluating the values of the POIs one by one, the method has the advantages that the requirement on manpower is greatly reduced, and the evaluation efficiency is improved.
