The labeling platform is used for storing the labeled data to the data platform. The training platform is used for training the labeled data to generate a natural language processing model. The natural language processing application platform is used for providing a label fora to-be-identified text by using the natural language processing model, and storing the generated service log containing the to-be-identified text to the data platform, so that the labeling platformobtains new to-be-labeled data from the service day.
