A through hole is formed in a top cover of the transparent container, a supporting rod is fixedly connected to the upper side of the thin film frame, one end of the supporting rod is fixedly connected to the thin film frame, and the other end of the supporting rod can be detachably and fixedly connected to the supporting frame, and the supporting rod can penetrate through the through hole; the drive part can drive the supporting frame or the supporting table to rise and fall; the light source iscapable of emitting monochromatic diffused light; and the camera is used for photographing interference fringes throughout a thin film on the thin film frame.
