In the embodiment, the paper box is put into the accommodating cavity; then, the turning box assembly rotates to drive the paper box to turn, so that the facing direction of an opening of the paper box is changed from the downward direction into the upward direction; and in the turning process, the paper box is prevented from sliding out from the accommodating cavity through thelocking mechanism.
