The guiding system comprises a vibration detection unit, wherein the vibration detection unit is in signal connection with an infrared thermal imaging detection unit and a voice recognition unit; the infrared thermal imaging detection unit is in signal connection with a disaster cloud platform and a rescuer signal reception end; and the voice recognition unit is in signal connection with each of the disaster cloud platform and the rescuer signal reception end. During an earthquake, the vibration detection unit respectively triggers the infrared thermal imaging detection unit and the voice recognition unit to carry out infrared detection and voice acquisition after receiving vibration signals transmitted by buildings so as to form image information and voice signals, and sends the image information and the voice signals to the disaster cloud platform or the rescuer signal reception end; the disaster cloud platform or the rescuer signal reception end establishes a rescue plan according to the received information; and rescuers carry out rescue according to the plane in combination of the practical condition at the field after arriving at the field.
