The invention discloses an interactive medical
image analysis method. The method comprises the steps of obtaining to-be-analyzed medical image data and a
user analysis instruction; inputting the image data and the instruction into a multi-
modal reasoning model based on the current input context, and generating interactive output containing reasoning information and a tool calling instruction; calling a predefined
image processing tool according to the instruction to obtain an intermediate
processing result, wherein the result comprises an
intermediate image, target area identification information and / or quantitative measurement data; displaying the reasoning information and / or the intermediate
processing result and receiving user confirmation or correction; and forming an updated context by the reasoning information, the tool calling instruction, the intermediate
processing result and the auditing input write-in context, iterating the updated context to a termination condition, and outputting an
image analysis result containing the target area identifier and the associated quantitative index. According to the method, interactive correction is achieved through traceable reasoning, tools and auditing closed loops, and the
interpretability, rechecking performance and stability of the result are improved.
